These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the m200m platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By accessing or using m200m, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play on m200m. Accounts found to be held by minors will be permanently closed and balances forfeited. Age verification may be requested at any time.
Each person may hold only one active m200m account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be voided. Operating accounts for others is strictly prohibited.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay). Minimum deposit is Rp 10.000. Withdrawal requests are processed 24/7.
All bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be processed. Full bonus terms are stated at the point of each offer. Bonus abuse will result in account suspension.
Deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion are available to all verified members from within the account dashboard. m200m encourages responsible play at all times.

By accessing the Platform in any capacity — whether as a registered Member or as an unregistered visitor — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any product-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.
If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you hold an Account, contact our support team to initiate account closure. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use the Platform. m200m strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement is not met. Any Balance held in an underage Account will be forfeited without recourse.
The Platform is operated for and primarily accessible by residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online betting and casino gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. m200m makes no representation that the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions.
You must register using accurate personal information that corresponds to your true legal identity. The name, date of birth, and address you provide must match the identity documents you submit during KYC verification. Accounts registered with false information are subject to immediate closure and Balance forfeiture.
The following persons are not eligible to hold an Account regardless of age or residency:
Each individual may hold only one active Account on m200m at any time. Opening, operating, or maintaining more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes Prohibited Conduct. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, m200m will close the later-registered Account(s), void any Bonus Funds held within them, and may apply a deduction to any real-money Balance where evidence of abuse exists.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any third party. m200m will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or WhatsApp. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, contact our support team immediately via live chat.
You agree to provide complete and accurate information at registration and to promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Inaccurate contact details (particularly email address and phone number) may delay withdrawal processing and prevent receipt of important account notifications.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your nominated payment method after standard verification checks have been completed. Bonus Funds are forfeited on closure.
m200m operates a Know Your Customer programme in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming standards. Verification may be requested at registration, before processing a first withdrawal, following a significant increase in activity, or at any other time at our reasonable discretion.
Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending completion of KYC verification. m200m is not liable for any delay in withdrawal processing caused by a Member's failure to submit requested verification documents promptly and in legible form.
m200m accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and via the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available channels are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account and may change from time to time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Individual payment channels may apply higher minimums, which will be displayed at the point of transaction.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account Balance within seconds (e-wallet) or within 1–5 minutes (bank transfer), subject to processing times of the sending institution. m200m is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, contact support with your payment reference number.
You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts, or credit facilities are prohibited. m200m reserves the right to return any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source and to request supporting documentation.
All deposits are accepted and held in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). m200m does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion service is offered on the Platform.
Withdrawals of real-money funds may be requested at any time, subject to: (a) your Account being fully verified under our KYC requirements; (b) no active Wagering Requirement attaching to the funds you wish to withdraw; and (c) no pending investigation into your Account for Prohibited Conduct.
m200m processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri and Independence Day. Typical processing times are:
Times may extend during periods of high volume or scheduled bank maintenance windows. m200m is not liable for delays attributable to the receiving financial institution.
Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of the same or greater amount. If the original payment method is no longer available (e.g., closed bank account), you must contact support and complete additional verification before an alternative method can be approved.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply per Account tier and are displayed in the Cashier section. VIP members are subject to higher limits as specified in their VIP tier documentation.
m200m does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which m200m accepts no responsibility.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by m200m are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the point of each offer. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms prevail for that promotion only.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Bets placed on games excluded from a promotion's wagering calculation will not count toward meeting the Wagering Requirement.
Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion's terms will expire automatically without compensation. Expiry periods are displayed in the Bonuses section of your Account dashboard.
m200m employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion across multiple Accounts, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy Wagering Requirements, systematically exploiting perceived errors in bonus terms, and colluding with other Members to accumulate bonus credits. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have Bonus Funds voided and real-money Balance reviewed.
m200m reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that doing so does not prejudice Members who have already satisfied the conditions of a running promotion in good faith.
A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number has been generated. Bets that have not received a confirmation reference are not valid and will not be settled. You are responsible for verifying that all bet details — selection, stake, odds — are correct before confirming placement.
All odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. m200m reserves the right to correct any odds that are displayed in error (manifest errors). In such cases, bets placed at clearly erroneous odds may be voided or re-priced at the correct market rate, at our reasonable discretion.
In-play (live) betting markets are updated in real time and may be suspended or settled at any point during an event. m200m is not liable for technical delays in live odds feeds that may result in a brief discrepancy between on-screen odds and the odds at which a bet was placed.
Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are available on eligible sportsbook markets. If one leg of a mix parlay is void (e.g., a match is abandoned), that leg is treated as a single win at odds of 1.00 and the remaining legs continue to stand. Where all legs are voided, the full stake is returned.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by market, product, and Account tier. Maximum liability limits per event and per market are applied to protect the integrity of the Platform. m200m reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at any time, including for individual Members, without prior notice.
Individual game rules for live casino, slots, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws are published within each respective game or product section of the Platform. Members are advised to review applicable game rules before playing. In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the round will be voided and the stake returned, unless the game provider's own rules specify otherwise.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
m200m reserves the right to suspend your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) Prohibited Conduct has occurred or is ongoing; (b) your Account security has been compromised; (c) you have not complied with these Terms; or (d) we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.
If an Account is closed by m200m for reasons other than Prohibited Conduct, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Member's nominated payment method after standard KYC checks are satisfied. If closure is a result of Prohibited Conduct, m200m reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Balance pending investigation. Bonus Funds are always forfeited on closure, regardless of the reason.
Members may request self-exclusion for a defined period (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months) or permanently via the Responsible Gaming section of the Account dashboard or by contacting our support team. During a self-exclusion period, m200m will not process new Account registrations from the same individual and will not send promotional communications. Refer to our Responsible Gaming Policy for full details.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, m200m's total liability to any Member — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
m200m shall not be liable for:
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the m200m brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, text, data compilations, and game content provided under licence from third-party studios — is the intellectual property of m200m or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.
m200m collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected during registration, KYC, and account use is processed for the purposes of: account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, payment processing, and — where you have opted in — promotional communications. We do not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which m200m holds its international operating licence. Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under Indonesian law.
In the event of a dispute, you must first contact m200m's support team via live chat or email and allow us a reasonable period (no less than 14 days) to investigate and respond. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage.
If you are not satisfied with m200m's resolution, you may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution body specified in your Account's regulatory documentation. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are provided in the Platform's licensing information.
All formal dispute correspondence and proceedings shall be conducted in English. Indonesian-language support is available through our customer service team for assistance in preparing your dispute submission.
m200m reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory instruction.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
